If no payment is received within 14 days after you are contacted the order will be canceled. Please don't order if you don't intend on paying.
If an item is received broken as a result of the shipping carrier Unique Pawn is not liable but will assist in providing insurance information and receipts in getting you, the customer, a refund from the carrier. No refunds will be issued untill the claim is processed and accepted by the shipping carrier. If an item is to be returned because it's not to the customers satisfaction it must be done within 3 working days after the item is received, all items will be tracked. Return shipping fees will not be refunded by Unique Pawn. Item return refunds will be as follows, 100% refund of purchase price, 100% of the original shipping amount. After three days the item cannot be returned for a full refund. Refund after three days is given at the discretion of Unique Pawn and is in no way guaranteed. Jewelry refunds will be examined upon us receiving them. If the purchased item has been tampered with, stones removed or changed, or the item is changed in any way a refund will not be issued. The item must be in the exact original condition (meaning same condition as it was when it left our store). All fine watches (Rolex, Breitling, etc.) are original. No replicas will be sold by Unique Pawn.
